Due to certain sales restrictions both telephone and e-mail orders are limited to Canada at this time.

We do carry vast selection of gear from all of our suppliers. Our on-line catalog represents only a sampling of our total inventory. If there is something you don’t see but are interested in please feel free to contact us for further information and pricing.
 

Shipping

Your order is shipped via Canada Post’s Expedited Parcel service, and parcel delivery is normally within 7 to 10 business days.
We also offer Greyhound Courier Service as a customer collect service which normally takes 2 to 3 days. Please contact us for further details.
 

Billing

Currently we are accepting Visa, Master Card, and American Express. Billing will appear on your statement as Track ‘n Trail.
 

Returns

We offer a two-week exchange or refund period on your purchase. However the customer is responsible for all freight charges, and must be returned in new unused condition with its original tags and packaging.

Most manufacturers offer some type of warranty. Please contact us to find out what the warranty specifications are for your particular item.

Canceled Orders

If for any reason you cancel your order there will be a charge of 10% restocking fee. If you are able to notify us of changes before your order is processed we will gladly waive the fee.
